Job Summary
- Support production and strip pack/assembly line operations
- Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards
- Monitor production processes and assist in troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and workflow

Responsibilities
- Operate and support strip pack/production line processes
- Inspect products for quality and compliance standards
- Document production data accurately
- Assist in identifying and resolving production issues
- Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions
- Must be reliable and detail-oriented
Preferred / Optional Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Experience in a regulated production environment is a plus
