The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st shift for Pickers and Packers in the Florence, KY area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Pickers and Packers:
  • $16.50/hr.
  • 1st 6a-2:30pm M-F +OT Sat
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year.
Responsibilities of Pickers and Packers:
  • Packing textbooks
  • Picking orders with a Voice Headset
  • Inspecting returned textbooks and putting back on shelf
  • Must be flexible to learn all departments in the facility.
  • Perform the duties that will help move the product.
Requirements of Pickers and Packers:
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Meet hiring criteria.
  • Able to read and speak English.
  • Reliable transportation
