Filling Technician
📍 Centennial, CO | 💰 $23.50 per hour | 🕐 Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
We’re hiring a Filling Technician to join our production team! This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment used to fill sterile products while following strict safety, quality, and production procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate filling and sterilization equipment.
- Follow SOPs, batch records, and quality procedures.
- Prepare accurate production and quality documentation.
- Handle materials and products using proper aseptic techniques.
- Clean and disinfect production areas and equipment.
- Identify equipment issues or process concerns and notify supervisors.
- Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation.
- Follow all safety and cGMP requirements.
- Assist with training team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment preferred.
- Experience with aseptic processing, cleanrooms, or cGMP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom/gowning environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. periodically.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
