We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team! You’ll assist customers with orders, product questions, returns, shipping, and general support while providing excellent service.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with product questions, orders, tracking, and installation information
- Help customers place orders and make product selections
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty requests
- Resolve issues involving shipping delays, damaged items, and order changes
- Update customer accounts and document interactions
- Monitor orders that are on hold or backordered
- Work with sales, warehouse, and other teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide additional support during busy/peak seasons
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Retail Associate or Retail Leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Ability to learn product information quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency during busy periods
- Comfortable working weekends when needed during peak season
