What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is hiring 1st Shift Entry Level Kitting Associates for temp to hire job openings on 6a-2:30p M-F in the Roanoke area. Great environment and great company to work for!

Compensation of Entry Level Kitting Associates:

$16.40 per hour
Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.
Health, Dental, Vision insurance

Responsibilities of Entry Level Kitting Associates:

Warehouse kitting, packing, boxing and labelling
Will be responsible for various general labor duties
Must be comfortable cross training
Use RF scanner to scan products.

Requirements of Entry Level Kitting Associates:

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Comfortable lifting 75 lbs consistently
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have warehouse experience
Language: Spanish or English
