Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our center. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an efficient operation while maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily operations of the center to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute a consistent recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent is delivered.
  • Exceed client and talent expectations by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
  • Manage the reporting and documentation process for Workers’ Compensation claims.
  • Accurately fill job orders by ensuring candidates meet all requirements outlined in job descriptions.
  • Conduct on-site tours of client facilities to fully understand job duties, work environment, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and contingent employees.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality of service delivery.

Experience
The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3–5 years of business experience; background in recruiting, staffing, operations, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and talent management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and Workers’ Compensation procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
