What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is now hiring temp-to-hire Forklift Operators in Charlotte, NC for Monday-Friday 1st Shift and 2nd Shift! Great company looking for employees they can promote in an exciting work environment!

Compensation and Benefits for the Forklift Operator:

Pay Rate: $14.75-$18.50/hr.
Monday-Friday
1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM
2nd Shift 3PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

Operate a Sit Down Forklift
Operate a Stand Up Forklift
Operate Reach Forklift
Operate Cherry Picker
Pulling orders
Support machine operators to make sure they are stocked with material and removing finished material.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules

Requirements for the Forklift Operator:

Must have good attendance
Sit Down Forklift experience
Stand Up Forklift experience
Reach Forklift experience
Cherry Picker experience
Must be a team player
Able to work 40 hours a week
