The Job Center Staffing is hiring Assistant Technicians, Soldering Repair for CTDI in West Chester
- $19.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday through Friday
This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electronics equipment
- Solder equipment using both surface mount and thru-hole methods
- Use repair equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, volt meters and soldering irons
- Keep a clean, organized workstation
Requirements
- Prior experience or ability to operate test equipment and read some schematics
- Good manual dexterity and solid soldering and de-soldering skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are needed to be successful in this role
- Demonstrated skill with surface mount and thru-hole soldering techniques as well as operating automated repair equipment (BGA machine)
- Some computer skills needed for accurate data entry of completed units
