Assembler- 1st shift 
 
The Job Center is now HIRING for Assembly 1st shift in Fairfield OH. 
 
Compensation of Assembler:
  • 1st Shift: $18/hr 
  • 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (OT as needed)
  • Paid Weekly on Fridays
  • Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Responsibilities of Assembler:
 
  • Assemble products and parts according to instructions.
  • Measure, fit, and secure parts using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
  • Use tools and materials properly to reduce waste.
  • Work with the team to meet production goals and improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
 
Requirements of Assembler:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continually
  • Experience using hand tools
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • The ability to read a tape measure
