CNC Machinist– 1st shift 
 
The Job Center is now HIRING for CNC Machine Operating 1st shift in Fairfield OH. 
 
Compensation of CNC Machine Operator:
  • 1st Shift: $23/hr (depending on experience)
  • 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday (OT as needed)
  • Paid Weekly on Fridays
  • Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Responsibilities of CNC Machine Operator:
 
  • Operate and set up CNC router/ milling machine
  • Adjust machine settings for different production needs.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
  • Maintain machines and perform basic preventive maintenance.
  • Keep the work area clean and follow safety rules.
  • Reduce waste and help improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Work with the team and perform other assigned duties.
 
Requirements of CNC Machine Operator:
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and/or up to 50 lbs continually
  • Experience with graphical based CNC machining required
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machines
  • Experience working with wood or sheet metal
