Packing Associate Shift
The Job Center is now hiring Packing Associate in Sharonville OH. This position is for a company handling Gorilla Glue products. Currently hiring full-time employees for 1st shift! No experience required!
Compensation of Packing Associate:
· 1st shift: $16 per hour
· Paid Weekly on Fridays
· Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Schedule of Packing Associate:
· 1st: 5:45am – 4:15pm Monday-Thursday
· Overtime offered on Fridays
Responsibilities of Packing Associate:
· Package and label Gorilla Glue products according to established procedures.
· Work efficiently on a production line while maintaining a consistent pace.
· Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, or incorrect labeling.
· Assemble boxes, cartons, displays, and other packaging materials as needed.
· Place finished products into boxes or containers and prepare them for shipment.
· Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
· Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
· Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent productivity.
Requirements of Packing Associate:
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
· Must be able to maintain good attendance and follow safety procedures
· Fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.
· Repetitive production and packaging tasks.
· Requires standing for extended periods.
