The Job Center Staffing team is hiring Soldering Technicians for our client in West Chester, PA. This is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement.
$18.00 per hour
1st shift hours 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday
This position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and set-top box electronic hardware units.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots electronics equipment
- Solder equipment using both surface mount and thru-hole methods
- Use repair equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, volt meters and soldering irons
- Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels while keeping a clean, organized workstation
Requirements
- Experience using small soldering equipment, small power tools such as drilling, cutting, cordless drills are helpful
- Electronic repair or experience disassembling and reassembling electronics is also preferred
- Solid attention to detail and focus are key to success in this role
- Ability to work independently after training
