Pre-sorting Associate
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for a Pre-sorting Associate on 1st  shift in the Florence, KY area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of the Pre-sorting Associate
  • $17/hour 
  • 8:00a–4:30p Monday-Friday 
  • Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
  • Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus
Responsibilities of the Pre-sorting Associate  
  • Picking Provides order filling services to stores like Walmart, Target, and Home Goods.
  • Labeling product
  • Disposal: Items that are excessively wrinkled, have an odor, and missing tags, otherwise unsuitable for resale
  • Restock: Items that appear to be acceptable condition and can be placed on a separate pallet for returns to process 
Requirements of the Pre-sorting Associate 
  • Employees are expected to sort a minimum of 2 pallets per day
  • Attendance is crucial
  • Employees must be comfortable standing for the duration of their shift and handle clothing throughout the day.
