What is the Job Center? We are a light industrial staffing company that is dedicated to changing lives! We connect you with companies that are ready to hire. What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for temp to hire job openings on 2nd Shift 3p – 11:30p M-F in Lewisville, TX. Great environment and great company to work for!

Compensation of Logistics Coordinator:

$18.50 per hour
2nd Shift: 3p – 11:30p M-F
Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.
Health, Dental, Vision insurance

Responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator:

Help guide and instruct the warehouse team through operations
Will not have any direct reports, but will be supporting overall operations
Operate forklifts to transport materials
Ensure everyone is utilizing required PPE and operating safely
Ensure high level of performance standards from all associates and coach where necessary

Requirements of Logistics Coordinator:

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in outbound shipping is not required would be nice to have.
Domestic shipping experience is required. International shipping experience is a plus.
Must have experience operating powered warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts.
Be able to locate pallets or materials within the warehouse and be firm in coordinating
Strong computer skills
