Brief Description
The Job Center Staffing is hiring for 2nd shift Inventory Clerk roles in the Fairfield, OH area. Temp-to-hire opportunity.
Pay / Shift / Benefits
  • $16.50 per hour
  • Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
  • Work and Win program (Rent/Mortgage paid for a year)
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts (cycle counts, audits)
  • Use RF scanners to track and update inventory
  • Verify incoming/outgoing shipments and report issues
  • Stock and organize products in proper locations
  • Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders
  • Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 20–70 lbs consistently
  • Basic English communication skills
