The Job Center is hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Roanoke, TX for a temp-to-hire position. Great environment and great company to work for!
Compensation of a Warehouse supervisor:
- Shift: Must be flexible between 2 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday (Saturdays and Sundays as needed)
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Overtime: Mandatory as needed, LOTS of overtime
- Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW who comes to apply and works 200 hours

Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- This role will be hands on primarily with occasional office responsibilities
Requirements of Warehouse Supervisor:
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience within a warehouse
- Must have Cherry picker experience
- Must be flexible with schedule, including weekends and extended hours
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
