Hardware- 2nd shift
 
The Job Center is now hiring a Associates in Batavia OH. This position is for a company handling glass windshields for vehicles. Currently hiring full time employees for 2nd shift! Assembly experience required!
 
Compensation for Hardware:
  • 2nd shift: $15.50 per hour M-Th
  • Paid Weekly on Fridays
  • Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Schedule of Hardware:
  • 2nd shift 3:30pm-2am (Must train on 1st shift 6am-3:30pm)
  • Overtime voluntary
Responsibilities of Hardware:
  • Prepare and assemble hardware parts for production
  • Read and follow basic production specifications
  • Support assembly and packaging operations
  • Assist with quality checks and product inspections
  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment
Requirements of Hardware:
  • Ability to lift up consistently to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
  • Must have flexibility to train on 1st shift
