As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is hiring Soldering Technicians for temp to hire job openings in the South Fort Worth, TX areas. Great environment and great company to work for!

Compensation of Soldering Technicians:

1st Shift 6a – 2:30p Monday – Friday $23.50 an hour
2nd Shift 2:30p – 11p Monday – Friday $25.85 an hour
Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.

Responsibilities of Soldering Technicians:

Utilize soldering equipment to repair, modify, and chair parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units
Testing/troubleshooting/repair of PCBs (printer circuit boards) at the component level
Associate will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmitters
Comply with quality performance standards
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

Requirements of Soldering Technicians:

2+ years thru-hole and surface-mount soldering
Component-level soldering repair required.
Will be working on radio antennas / amplifier transmitters
Computer literate. Basic computer proficiency & data entry. Be able to navigate computer applications (i.e. MS Office)
Communicate with others in English. Training will be conducted in English. All technicians must be able to communicate with the team in English
Steel toe shoes required
