We Are Hiring for a Machine Operator (Bare Copper)

The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator (Bare Copper) in West Chester. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation/Shift/Benefits

• Starting pay: $19.00/hour + $0.75 increase after training • Overtime available • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO • Eligibility for the Work and Win Program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform basic machine setups • Make cuts from larger reels and prepare materials for production • Read computer run schedules and monitor production requirements • Log production output and downtime accurately • Perform quality checks and maintain production standards • Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Some Machine Operating experience • Basic computer and machine operation skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask • Ability to work well in a team environment • Good communication skills • Good attendance and reliability
