Industrial Production Associate (Rebar Manufacturing)
Location: Brighton, CO
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Overtime may be required based on production demands.
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Industrial Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Brighton, Colorado. This position is responsible for assisting in the fabrication, handling, bundling, and movement of reinforcing steel (rebar) products within a fast-paced industrial environment. Successful candidates will be comfortable working long hours on their feet, performing physically demanding tasks, and maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production, assembly, fabrication, and preparation of rebar products.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
  • Operate hand tools and production equipment as trained.
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to work extended shifts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be steady and confident on your feet while navigating around machinery, materials, and workplace hazards.
  • Ability to maintain situational awareness and move safely throughout active production areas.
  • Capable of performing physically demanding work while maintaining productivity throughout the shift.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, industrial, or rebar experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established safety procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with the ability to consistently report for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Capable of working in a physically demanding environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination to verify the ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
 
 
Pre-Employment Requirements
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical is required prior to starting employment.
  • Candidates must meet the physical demands of the position as determined by the examination.
