Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Denver, CO. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires physical activity throughout the shift, including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving packages. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team, this is an excellent opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
- Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Move, lift, and handle packages throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing operational needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
