Equipment Operator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st OR 2nd Shift for Equipment Operator in the Fairfield, OH area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! 
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Equipment Operator
  • $20-20.50/hr pay 
  • Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm OR 3:30-12am OT Saturdays may be mandatory 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities for Equipment Operator
  • Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Operate Reach truck, Cherry picker, or Turret 
  • Move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
  • Perform equipment inspections before each shift.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Support additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements for Equipment Operator
  • Recent experience on all equipment 
  • Ability to pass a written test and observation 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Good attendance
