Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Production Technician
- Pay: $17
- Shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Production Technician
- Operate packaging equipment to package and barcode unit-dose medications while completing daily production orders.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Generate accurate packaging labels, maintain a stocked workstation, and follow all SOPs and cGMP regulations.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of Production Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in packaging or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
