Position Summary
The KIT-Pack Associate is responsible for assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting diagnostic kit components in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards. This role ensures product quality, accuracy, and timely production to support customer and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble diagnostic kit components according to established work instructions and specifications
  • Package materials accurately and efficiently to meet production schedules
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
  • Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and labeling accuracy
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and records
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Identify and report discrepancies, quality issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors
  • Assist with inventory control and material handling as needed
Qualifications
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
Experience:
  • Previous manufacturing, packaging, or production experience preferred
  • Experience in regulated environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech) is a plus
Required Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills (data entry and production tracking systems)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25–35 lbs as needed
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive assembly tasks
