General Labor – 1st Shift
The Job Center is now hiring – General Labor in Blue Ash area. This is a Military Food Assembly company. This is a military food assembly company. Currently hiring full time employees for 1st Shift!
Compensation for General Labor:
- 1st Shift: 6:15 am – EOP (End of Production) Mon-Fri, some Saturdays and Sundays
- $15.00 per hour
- Paid Weekly on Fridays
- Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
- Overtime is mostly mandatory. Subject to Change since it’s based on production
Responsibilities of General Labor:
- Filling, packing, stacking boxes w/ product. Sorting, bagging, sealing, checking for defects
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Assemble products following work instructions and quality standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team and assist with other production tasks as needed.
Requirements of General Labor:
- No Felonies in the Past 5 Years
- No theft ever, no aggravated, no sexual assault
- Attention to detail
- General Manufacturing Practices: NO NAILS, NO POLISH /LASHES/PIERCINGS etc. REGARDLESS OF MASK) No water on lines. No tank tops, muscle shirts, no shorts, no ankles showing, No shaggy pants, no jeans with holes/ripped jeans.
