The Job Center is currently hiring Warehouse Lead for 1st shift positions in the Shepherdsville area! This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
 
Compensation of Warehouse Lead
  •  $21 per hour 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
  • Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Warehouse lead experience required.
Responsibilities of Warehouse Lead
  • Pick and pack consumer products.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules.
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
  • Aids in the development and growth of all accounts assigned in coordination with sales and management. 
Requirements of Warehouse Workers
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Must be able to stand for duration of the shift.
  • Must have good attendance.
  • Must have high attention to detail.
