Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant (1st Shift)
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime: Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs. Candidates must have flexibility with start times as operational needs may vary.

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position provides administrative and financial support to daily business operations while ensuring efficient office processes. The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience, basic finance or accounting knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and office staff.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Assist with financial administrative tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and account reconciliation.
  • Support payroll, billing, or accounts payable/receivable functions as assigned.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel or appointments when necessary.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate office equipment and vendor needs.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office administration is required.
  • Finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative finance experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative or business education is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Frequently use hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift and carry office supplies or materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform general office tasks as needed.
