Assistant Repair Technician-Electronics
The Job Center Staffing is hiring 1st and 2nd shift Assistant Repair Technicians in Coatesville, PA. This is a great opportunity for a temp-to-hire placement.
- $18.00 per hour 1st shift
- Monday through Friday – 1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm OR 2nd Shift 3:30pm to 11:30 or Weekend Friday – Sunday
Responsibilities
- Analyze failed phones according to established methods and procedures
- Resolve technical issues within the schedule and provide a break-and-fix solution
- Disassemble and reassemble the cell phone (with training)
- Remove the LCD from the back housing and replace it with a new one
- Remove the motherboard and battery
- Replace screws and make component replacements
- Must be flexible to do other assigned responsibilities depending on where needed
Requirements
- Experience using small power tools – drilling, cutting, cordless drills, etc.
- Electronic repair is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience disassembling and reassembling electronics
- Can work Independently after training
