What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! If you apply online, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a time for you to come into our center to complete the application process. The Job Center is hiring for a Tester Operator for temp-to-hire job openings on the 1st shift 6 am-2:30 pm M-F in the Fort Worth area. Great environment and great company to work for!

Compensation of a Tester Operator:

$16.56 per hour
6 am- 2:30 pm Monday- Friday
Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW who comes to apply and work 200 hours.
Health, Dental, Vision insurance.

Responsibilities of Tester Operator:

Perform functional testing on electronic devices using computerized equipment
Identify, troubleshoot, and document product failures or defects
Inspect products for physical damage or quality issues
Follow detailed work instructions and testing procedures

Requirements of a Tester Operator:

Ability to lift 50 lbs
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous manufacturing experience, warehouse, and testing experience is a plus
