The Job Center Staffing is hiring on 1st shift for a Tool Assembly Technician in Anderson Township area.
This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Tool Assembly Technician
- Hourly wage: $17 per hour
- Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm M-Friday
- Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities
- Under the supervisor’s direction, test, repair, and make minor modifications to various tools and compressors.
- Prepare and complete source documents for labor and inventory transactions.
- Follow step-by-step instructions to complete department tasks promptly.
- Make product inventory available.
- Communicate trends or repeated quality issues.
- Have flexibility to work in all Tool Department areas.
Requirements for Tool Assembly Technician
- Must have at least one year of mechanical experience.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs. Lift is provided.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and presses.
- Must be able to use both hands to diagnose and repair products.
- Must be able to meet the daily production quota.
