The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Machine Operator (Bare Copper) in West Chester. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits
• Starting pay: $19.00/hour + $0.75 increase after training
• Overtime available

Responsibilities
• Operate production equipment and perform basic machine setups
• Make cuts from larger reels and prepare materials for production
• Read computer run schedules and monitor production requirements
• Log production output and downtime accurately
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards
