The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st Shift for Picking/Packing in the Fairfield, OH area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement!
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for General Labor
- $16/hr pay
- Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm OT Saturdays may be mandatory
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities for General Labor
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage.
- Sort, label, and stock inventory in designated locations.
- Pick products accurately according to order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements for General Labor
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good attendance
