The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Dual Rod Mill Operator in West Chester. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate the Dual Rod Mill to draw copper rod into wire products
• Stage coils, load materials, and perform coil welding as needed
• Monitor wire quality and perform routine dimensional checks
• Change drawing dies and maintain drawing solutions for production
• Remove finished stems, prepare materials for the next process, and log production data in OHM
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards

Requirements
• 2+ years Machine Operator Experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical job duties
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work overtime as needed
