Machine Operator– 3rd shift
The Job Center is now hiring Machine Operators in West Chester Area. This is a great opportunity for Temp to Hire
Compensation of Machine Operator:
- 12am-8am (Must train on 1st 8a-4p)
- $19-$22 depending on experience
- Paid Weekly on Fridays
- Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
• Set up and operate the Dual Rod Mill to draw copper rod into wire products
• Stage coils, load materials, and perform coil welding as needed
• Monitor wire quality and perform routine dimensional checks
• Change drawing dies and maintain drawing solutions for production
• Remove finished stems, prepare materials for the next process, and log production data in OHM
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards

Requirements of Machine Operator:
- Must have Highschool Diploma or G.E.D
- Must have 2+ years of Machine Operator experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform Physical job duties
- Ability to work overtime
