We're looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Centennial, CO. In this role, you'll support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, kit, sanitize, and prepare materials for production.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory transactions using handheld RF scanners.
- Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT), including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers (training/certification provided).
- Conduct warehouse safety inspections and follow all company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Transport materials between warehouse locations as needed.
- Process rejected materials and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable with a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it.
