As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

You can fill out an application at any of our Job Center locations or on our website! Packaging Technician – 2nd Shift

The Job Center is hiring Packaging Technicians for a leading manufacturing company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and excellent benefits. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

Pay & Benefits

$22.00/hour
Weekly pay every Friday
Comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
- 401(k)
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Schedule

Training: 1st Shift (must be available to start at 6:45 AM)
Regular Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
Mandatory overtime as needed

Job Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and clean packaging equipment while following company procedures and quality standards
Package products according to batch records, formula cards, and GMP, FDA, DEA, and OSHA regulations
Accurately complete written and electronic production documentation
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and production reliability
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with updating procedures
Perform data entry and maintain production records in SAP or similar systems
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Experience with SAP or similar data entry systems preferred
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Ability to perform basic math, including fractions, decimals, percentages, and metric conversions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed
