Bilingual Employee Benefit Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys helping others. In this role, you'll visit our branch offices and client worksites to explain the healthcare programs available to employees. Your goal is to help employees understand their benefits, answer their questions, and encourage them to take advantage of preventative healthcare services.

This position requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, since you'll regularly communicate with Spanish speaking employees.

What You'll Do

· Visit branch offices and customer locations to meet with employees.

· Explain available healthcare programs in a simple, easy to understand way.

· Answer employee questions about available benefits and preventative care services.

· Help employees enroll in healthcare programs when needed.

· Lead short presentations for new hires and existing employees.

· Provide educational materials in English and Spanish.

· Work with branch teams to increase employee participation.

· Build relationships with employees and referral partners.

· Track participation and provide updates on program activity.

· Travel locally to different branch and client locations.

· Organized and able to manage multiple locations and schedules.

· Comfortable working independently.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in healthcare, insurance, human resources, benefits, staffing, or customer service.

· Experience presenting information, training, or educating others.

· Community outreach or enrollment experience is a plus.
