The Job Center is hiring Customer Service Support for temp to hire job openings on 7a-4:00p M-F in the Carrollton, TX area. Great environment and great company to work for!
Compensation of Customer Service Support:
- $20.00 per hour
- Shift: 7am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday
- Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Support:
- Handle customer warranty inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Process warranty claims and explain warranty coverage.
- Maintain customer records in Salesforce CRM.
- Will manage an average of 65 daily inbound calls, handle 15 chats on average, and must maintain a 100% answer rate.
- Document customer interactions and case updates.
- Utilize AI tools to assist with routine inquiries and email responses.
- Deliver professional customer service while meeting response and resolution goals.
Requirements of Customer Service Support:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems preferred.
Stop into the office located at 3328 Harwood Rd, Bedford, TX 76021 anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed Noon to 1 p.m. for lunch.
