Compensation of Bilingual Distribution Lead
• $24.70 per hour

Responsibilities of Bilingual Distribution Lead
• Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Coordinate daily distribution operations and monitor workflow.
• Train and assist employees with warehouse processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements of Bilingual Distribution Lead
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Previous warehouse/distribution lead experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for duration of the shift.
• Must have good attendance.
• Must have high attention to detail.
