Machine Operators – 2nd Shift
The Job Center is now hiring Machine Operators in Sharonville OH. This position is for a company handling Gorilla Glue products. Currently hiring full time employees for 2nd shift
Compensation for Machine Operator:
- 1st shift: $21.50 per hour
- Paid Weekly on Fridays
- Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Schedule for Machine Operator:
- 2nd shift 2pm-10pm M-F
- Overtime offered on Fridays
Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor automatic packaging and filling equipment, including bottle unscramblers, fillers, cappers, labelers, and case sealers.
- Check products for quality, including correct labels, caps, bottles, quantities, and packaging. Complete required production and inspection records.
- Perform basic machine changeovers, adjustments, and replacement of simple wear parts.
- Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all company safety guidelines.
- Package and label finished products, maintain accurate production counts, and place products on pallets, displays, or trays.
- Be willing to operate different production lines and work in other departments as needed. Machine Operator 2, positions require certification to operate designated GG filling lines.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts and perform frequent, repetitive lifting. Must complete required training and operate an electric walkie as needed.
Requirements of Machine Operator:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
- Must maintain good attendance and follow safety procedures
- Machine operating experience and the ability to remain in good standing with attendance
