The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 2nd shift packaging/ Labeling in the Fairfield area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Packaging/ Labeling
- $17/hr
- 2nd shift 3pm-11pm M-F (1st shift training 8am-4pm for 2 days)
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Responsibilities of Packaging/ Labeling
- Assemble and package medical test kits, devices, and related materials.
- Create, print, and apply labels to packages using basic computer systems.
- Verify labels, product information, quantities, and packaging for accuracy.
- Follow established work instructions and packaging procedures.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products are properly packaged and ready for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Complete basic computer and data-entry tasks related to packaging and labeling.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Requirements of Packaging/ Labeling
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, medical device, or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
