Warehouse Associate 1st Air Picking / Cherry Picker

Location: Shepherdsville KY

1st Shift Options:
Wed – Sun, 5:00am – 1:30pm + OT as needed

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Join the Alliance team through The Job Center! We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cherry picker/order picker to pick products
  • Pick, organize, and prepare products accurately
  • Operate a forklift or powered equipment as needed
  • Work at heights of 30–40 feet
  • Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
  • Forklift/cherry picker experience preferred, but willing to train
  • Must be comfortable working 30–40 feet off the ground
  • Cannot be afraid of heights
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Safety-focused and able to follow instructions
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift
  • English or Spanish
