The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st for currently in Cincinnati area. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits for Installer Lead – in Training
- Hourly wage: $19/ hr
- Shift: Monday-Friday 1st 7am-4:30pm
- Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities for Installer Lead – in Training
– Package, assemble, and prepare fencing materials (wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, steel) for installation crews.
– Load, unload, and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company trucks and trailers.
– Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe while following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
-Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients; report safety hazards or project concerns promptly.
Requirements for Installer Lead – in Training
- Prior experience in construction yard, warehouse or fencing preferred
- Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
- Ability to keep up with a fast pace changing environment
- Ability to remain in good attendance standing
