What does it cost me?

As a potential associate, it costs you nothing. We develop a contract with the companies we work with, allowing us to provide a service that is free of charge to you.

What are the center hours?

The Job Center hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some centers closed from 12 pm to 1 pm for lunch, as well as some centers having Saturday hours. Check the local Google listing or Facebook page for each center for the most updated hours.

Breaking Down Walls to Build a Future – Renovating New Riley Decker HQ

Cincinnati, Ohio – Riley Decker Companies, the parent company to The Job Center Staffing (light industrial) and MOR Talent Solutions (skilled labor) two highly regarded staffing firms and The Underdog Podcast, has officially started renovating a 13,000 square foot office building that will serve as the new headquarters. Located at 11890 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, the company will be the sole occupant of the completely remodeled building.

“It has only been two years since we established our parent company, Riley Decker Companies; however, we are growing at an exponential rate both in revenue and employees requiring more space,” said Kyle Decker, CEO/Owner. “This move into a new building will give us the departments the opportunity to interact frequently and improve collaboration. As we continue to advance, we are focused on adopting new technologies. By aligning both our communication and technological efforts, I am confident that our company will exceed our goals and change more lives.”

The new headquarters is a two-story building off of Montgomery Rd. near the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library – Symmes Township. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor for natural light, and each level will have an open-space concept. Renovations are slated to be completed later this year.
