Event + Response = Outcome

Company culture is everything. Strategy, plans, and incentives are all essential parts of a company; however, culture is the ultimate key to success. “Culture determines an organization’s level of engagement, energy, and execution,” stated by our friends at Focus 3.

Investing in our internal family is a top priority for us year after year. 2020 was a year filled with unpredictable events and uncertain times. As a part of our Leadership Summit in 2021, we incorporated culture-based training, more specifically The Factor R.

The bases of Factor R is an equation that can be implemented within an organization from the top down. By training our leadership, we have the opportunity to practice this training with all levels within our company.

The equation is as follows: E + R = O.

We thrive when faced with adverse events (E). We have become increasingly aware that our response (R) directly influences the outcome (O). This formula has enhanced the relationships with our employees, clients, associates, and communities we touch. Through using this mindset in our everyday lives, both at work and home, we are creating a stronger bond between our employees and culture.
