Job Summary
The Assistant Center Manager supports all daily operations within the branch and plays a key role in
ensuring excellent service for clients, associates, and internal teams. This role partners closely with
the Center Manager to drive recruiting efforts, oversee workforce management, support client

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Branch Operations & Support
Assist the Center Manager with daily branch operations, scheduling, workflow management,
and team coordination.
Help oversee staffing fulfillment, onboarding, I-9 compliance, E-Verify processing, and
ensuring accurate documentation within the ATS.
Maintain strong communication with associates and clients to support ongoing staffing needs
and production requirements.
Help manage attendance, performance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and
replacement staffing when needed.
Support safety initiatives, incident reporting, and workers’ compensation processes.
Recruiting & Talent Management
Assist with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for client
assignments.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates through job postings, recruiting events,
outreach, and community networking.
Conduct orientations, new-hire paperwork, and worksite introductions to support a smooth
onboarding experience.

• Knowledge of basic HR practices, onboarding, I-9 compliance, and safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary (Exempt): $55k-$60k
Bonus: Monthly variable compensation based on performance
Paid Time Off (PTO): 15 days per calendar year (January–December)
