Indoor Farming, 
The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates on 1st  shift for Farmside in the Hamilton, OH area.  This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Farmside
  • $15.25
  • Wed-Sat 7am – 5:30pm 
  • Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO 
  • Eligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
Responsibilities of Farmside
  • Plant seeds and transplant crops
  • (Clean and sanitize growing areas and equipment 
  • Monitor plant growth and overall health
  •  Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping produce
  • Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements of Farmside
  • Lifting 25–50 lbs
  • Comfortable standing and walking around. 
  • Ability to work in humid, warm, or bright environments
