The Job Center is now hiring temp-to-hire Forklift Operators in Charlotte, NC for Monday-Friday 1st Shift and 2nd Shift! Great company looking for employees they can promote in an exciting work environment!

Compensation and Benefits for the Forklift Operator:

  • Pay Rate: $14.75-$16.23/hr.
  • Monday-Friday
  • 1st Shift 6AM-2:30PM
  • 2nd Shift 3PM-11:30PM

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

  • Operate a sit down forklift
  • Operate a stand up forklift
  • Pulling orders
  • Support machine operators to make sure the are stocked with material and removing finished material.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow all company instructions, safety policies and rules

Requirements for the Forklift Operator:

  • Must have good attendance
  • Sit Down Forklift experience
  • Stand Up Forklift experience
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to work 40 hours a week
