Machine Operator – Direct Hire

The Job Center Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a direct-hire opportunity in Newport, KY. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or machine operation experience who are looking for long-term employment, training, and career growth.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $19.00/hour Need to be open for training on 1st shift for 30 days then move to 3rd after fully train the pay rate will increase to $21.00
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday
- 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Direct-Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Operate finishing and production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment during production.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Follow production work orders and established operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow all GMP, PPE, safety, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Machine Operator or Press Operator experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the process.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong attendance and dependability.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Resume or detailed work history required.
- Must meet company hiring requirements.
- Must comply with all required GMP and PPE standards.
