The Job Center Staffing is hiring 1st-shift Equipment Operators with order picker and stand-up forklift experience in Fairfield, OH. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits
- $20 per hour
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO
- Eligibility for the Work and Win Program—rent or mortgage paid for one year
Responsibilities
- Safely operate an order picker and stand-up forklift to pick, move, replenish, and stage products.
- Complete daily equipment inspection sheets before operating machinery.
- Load and unload materials while following all warehouse and MHE safety procedures.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track and locate inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Previous order picker and stand-up forklift experience is required.
- Must pass a written and practical forklift evaluation.
- Must be able to consistently lift 20–70 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate and follow safety instructions in English.
