The Job Center is hiring for an Prof Service (Overhead) IT Support for temp-to-hire job openings on the 1st shift 8 am-4:30 pm M-F in the Haslet area. Great environment and great company to work for! 
 
Compensation of Prof Service (Overhead) IT Support
  • $24.50 per hour 
  • 8 am-4:30 pm M-F 
  • Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW who comes to apply and work 200 hours.

Responsibilities of the Prof Service (Overhead) IT Support
  • Four years of Education or 4 years of Mac and/or PC support experience required (work experience can be substituted for education)
  • Understanding of Directory Services (Windows AD, and Open Directory) required
  • Experience with Laser and Label printers, Zebra and HP
  • Experience with Windows 10 to 11 migrations
  • Experience with Kace is plus

Requirements of Prof Service (Overhead) IT Support
  • The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving CTDI's computer deployments
  • This individual will configure tools to deploy, maintain, and monitor laptops and desktops
  • They will work with operational and business teams to establish requirements for machines and then create configuration profiles and policies to implement those requirements
  • This person will work closely with other infrastructure teams (i.e network, security, server) to ensure that machines satisfy requirements from those areas
  • This position will handle day to day deployments and issues
  • The IT Support Specialist will follow standard operating procedures for this team and will monitor their workload via a ticketing system
  • Provide hands-on support to users
  • Maintain PCs & peripherals including printers, scanners
  • Manage PCs in an enterprise environment (Jamf preferred, any MDM helpful)
  • Prepare hardware, software, back-office, and networking configuration for new users
  • Manage wired and wireless networks
  • Minor PC repair and parts ordering
  • Troubleshoot PC and network issues
  • Work within a ticketing system to address end user requests in a timely manner
  • Record, track and document issues and their resolutions  including initial problem, successful and unsuccessful decisions made, actions taken and final resolution (Jira Service Desk)
